Our Story
Not Our First Rodeo
From the team behind Tejas Chocolate + Barbecue, Snarky's brings together what we do best - old town smash burgers and sourdough pizza, done the way they're supposed to be.
High quality. No shortcuts. No apologies.
It's the kind of place you come for the food... and end up staying for everything else.

Built Different From Day One
01
High Standards.
At Snarky's this isn't just business - it's personal. Built on standards, not shortcuts. Around here, quality isn't a talking point. It's the baseline.
02
Good Food.
Every pizza, every burger - intentional.
From the dough to the sear, it's all dialed in so you don't have to think about it. Just show up and eat well.
03
Great Drinks.
Well-made cocktails, strong pours, clean mixes.
Classics done right, and a few worth talking about.
04
Smart Upgrades.
We respect the classics. Then we make them better. No gimmicks. Just smart upgrades, bold flavors and a menu that actually earns its spot.
